You can always give Spa vouchers like those from the RibbyHall SpaHotel.

Recently there's been - www.ayedo.co.uk who do a lovely bath set in a bucket at a good price & www.slumberslumber.com who sell a fab silk pillowcase which prevents hair crease & wrinkles.
